23/24th May – Borders Raid (Grade 2) – ATRC
A sprint rally in Kershope Forest based out of Newcastleton with a town centre start. Good open going terrain and quite demanding at speed. Not real technical stuff.
Dirtbike–Action will stage the second running of the Border raid on the 23/24th may. Last year’s inaugural event was well received by the competitors and the town of Newcastleton.
The rally starts and finishes in Douglas square Newcastleton also situated in the square is the Grapes Hotel which will be the rally headquarters. The rally campsite is 150 metres away from the square called The Riverside. For those that want to book accommodation in the town you are advised to do so early as it is busy tourist weekend you can secure your place in the rally which has a limit 130 riders. For information on accommodation http://www.visitnewcastleton.com/
The course is approximately 40 miles per lap made up of roads, forestry road, trails and rough tracks we have found some new off road trails which will add a new twist to the rally, there will be a number of specials tests each day these will be confirmed in the final instructions.
You can book your place in this year border rally www.dirtbike-action.co.uk
20/21st June – Keilder K2 Rally (Grade 3) – ATRC
THE PUTOLINE K2 RALLY 20/21 JUNE BELLINGHAM
This year the rally undergoes its biggest change in 5 years , starting from the outskirts of Bellingham the rally heads out north through the forest of Wark to Falstones where is crosses the Kielder dam and continuing north towards the Scottish border it turns south and crosses back over the Kielder dam , the tracks and trails in this part of the forest are excellent with tight turns grassy lanes and should provide a great weekends riding.
Using the northern Falstone area of forest will add around 60% new riding keeping the rally fresh, as usual this rally offers traditional enduro loops which are optional for riders that want a challenge there is ample road time to try the enduro loops.
The start is from kielder organic meats farm just on the outskirts of Bellingham is a short walk to town which has pubs , petrol station, shops, catering at the campsite is provided by kielder organics meats which is excellent using the finest organic products reared on the farm.

The course runs over two forests and there is even some road liasion. This is a friendly event set in the Yorkshire Dales near “Heartbeat”country. Get your entry in early as this event fills up real fast.
We are moving the start to the village of Goathland (The village that was Adensfield in the Heartbeat tv series.)

Sept 26/27t – SMCC Tour of Man – All Terrain Rally (Grade 3) – ATRC
Another brand new rally for 2015, it’s looking like a 80 mile loop as well as a good “timed section” on private land. Organised by The Southern Motorcycle Club – this is looking like another proper rally event.
15th November – Hafren Rally (Grade 4) – ATRC – New Date
Back for 2015, the Hafren is a one day event with a great course and is a challenge to end the season off. Organised by Hafren Dirt Bike club, this is a favourite so be warned.
MoonkRaker Rally (Roadbook Navigation only) – RallyMoto Cup We are unable to secure a date for this event due to the WRC running in the Forests in the area we usually use for our events.
You can score points at all 8 rounds of the ATRC but your two worst results (or events you don’t attend as your points will be zero) will be removed from your points tally for the final points of the ATRC for 2015
For the RallyMoto Cup riders will need to compete in all three rounds to gain points – riders need to do all three rounds for 2015. (8th April 2015 – under discussion)
